If you have chosen to ship your order outside the United States, please note that you will be quoted and required to pay customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs at the time of order.  

Please Note: Canadian shipping options may differ and, in some instances, taxes and duties are not required up front. If taxes and duties are assessed at the time of delivery it is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. **Free shipping is not applicable to international orders, and is restricted to the 48 contiguous United States. **Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our Rewards program outside of the United States. 

Package Loss:

Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you choose, international orders can take up to 60 business days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 30 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at  support@brainmdhealth.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of date of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Orders that haven't been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for refund.

We are required to declare the full retail value of all products shipped internationally.

Restrictions to Canada

Products available at BrainMD Health are intended for personal use only. In an effort to prevent your shipment from being seized or held by Customs, your order should contain NO MORE than a 90-day supply of each item. If the product(s) you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping fees once the package is received back by us in unopened, salable condition.  We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items.

Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed.

Restrictions to the United Kingdom

Shipping to Mexico?

Customs classifies certain food supplements as medicine, vitamins, or supplements, especially vitamins and other products with physiological effects. Food supplements classified as medicine can not be imported without an import license.

Only authorized importers are allowed to import medicine. The importer has to provide an import permit issued by the Ministry of Health. The medicine must be registered in Mexico, otherwise the importation will not be allowed. If the importer cannot provide an import license, then the goods will be returned to the shipper.
Private individuals cannot import medicine unless they can provide a medical prescription from a doctor and a special authorization from the Ministry of Health issued for the respective shipment. The documents are required prior to importation . If the private consignee cannot provide a prescription, the goods will be returned to the shipper.

A sanitary inspection may apply causing an import delay. Brokerage accessorial charges may apply.

Shipping to South Africa?

Shipping to Spain?

We are no longer able to ship to Spain due to restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Health.

Due to import legislation and restrictions, we are not able to accommodate the following requests:

  • Brain & Memory Power Boost is not allowed entry into Portugal, Spain or Mexico
  • GABA is not allowed entry to New Zealand 
  • Ginkgo Biloba is not allowed entry to Norway
  • Omega is not allowed entry to Spain

Order Processing: 

Please allow 1 - 2  business days to process and prepare your order for shipping - excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note processing times are in addition to carrier delivery times.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
Delivery Times :
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method that you choose for your order.

Address Issues:
If our shipping system is not able to verify a shipping address, we will notify you via email to confirm and/or verify the shipping address. If we do not receive a response within one week of our notification, the order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Incorrect Address:

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only. 

Rewards Program:

Please Note: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our Rewards program outside of the United States.  

The BrainMD Rewards program (“Program”) is a loyalty and rewards program for BrainMD.com. All registered account holders with a shipping address within the Contiguous United States are eligible for the Program, but accounts are limited to one per user.  In some cases, International customers may see rewards points accrue but they are not eligible for use with orders shipping to an international address.  International customers shipping to addresses within the United States will be able to use accrued rewards points. Registering for an account means you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Points are a unit of measurement to determine future discounts at an exchange rate determined by BrainMD and at their sole discretion. BrainMD reserves the right to change the value of points at any time, without notice. 

Returning Items and International Order Refunds:

Please Note: Refunds and Returns are granted on a case by case basis. Please contact support at: support@brainmdhealth.com to inquire about returning product and/or receiving a refund. 

If your parcel is being returned to BrainMD due to any reason such as: Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused by your local Customs Agency, only once the parcel arrives back at our facility or is approved for abandonment by BrainMD will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus shipping costs be issued. On returned items, before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Auto Delivery:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our Auto Delivery program outside of the United States. 

Free Trials:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our free product trials outside of the United States.
