We offer a variety of shipping options, including but not limited to Next Day Air, Priority and Standard Shipping. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors.
Free first-class shipping available on orders over $75 (U.S. orders only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Auto Delivery shipments are free regardless of order value (U.S. orders only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please note that Free Shipping may take 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
•Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping - excluding weekends and holidays.
•Please note processing times are in addition to carrier delivery times.
•Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
Please note that orders placed over holiday weekends may take a day or two longer to process, due to heavy order volume.
Please note that for insurance purposes, any order totaling ten or more items will be automatically upgraded to UPS Ground, Signature Required; accordingly, orders of this size must be shipped to a physical address, not a PO box.
If you wish to make changes to the delivery of your order once you have received the tracking information, you may utilize the UPS My Choice service if applicable.
•Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method that you choose for your order. The United States Postal Service makes no guarantees as to delivery dates for Priority Mail shipments, and does not offer a money-back guarantee. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with correct and accurate shipping information, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to erroneous addresses that are provided to us.

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.
If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, or being Refused, only once the parcel arrives back at our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus shipping costs be issued. Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we cannot issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
