How do I return an Auto Delivery item?

PLEASE NOTE: Auto Delivery is available to U.S. Customers only.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your supplements or the Auto Delivery program, simply call (888) 850-5287 from 6am - 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, or email support@brainmdhealth.com, within 90 days of purchase, for cancellation, return instructions and return authorization. Please be advised that we cannot issue a refund  for any empty bottles.
