If you wish to return your BrainMD supplement order, please read the policy that applies to you:
Opened Products – we don’t offer refunds on opened or partially used products. However, we can offer store credit up to the amount of the original purchase price. Shipping costs will be applied to replacement product/s.
Unopened Products – simply return the unopened product/s within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs). Please be advised that we won’t issue a refund after 60 days of purchase, or for empty bottles.
All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product price only. We don’t reimburse shipping or return postage costs for unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or orders marked Return To Sender.

Once you’ve received the return shipping label, please use it immediately to return the product. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return package and will exclude return shipping costs.
RMAs can only be issued for domestic returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
