If you’re not satisfied with your supplement purchase, simply return the unused portion of the product, in its original container, within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs).
All returns require a Return Authorization. All products returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product price only. We do not reimburse shipping or return postage costs for unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or orders marked Return To Sender.
To request a return, please contact our customer care team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return shipping label. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return package and will exclude return shipping costs.
Once you have received the return shipping label, please use it immediately to return the product.
Return labels can only be issued for domestic returns. International orders are responsible for return shipping.
